Where Global Brands Meet Nationwide Distribution
Gifan is one of Mexico’s largest importers and distributors of international consumer brands, operating at a national scale across multiple channels, points of sale, and logistics operations. The project focused on translating Gifan’s operational magnitude and multi-brand ecosystem into a clear, credible, and visually powerful digital experience aimed at potential brand partners.




When Scale Is Real, but Not Obvious
Despite working with globally recognized brands such as Tide, Pampers, Clorox, and Gillette, its digital presence did not fully reflect the breadth of its distribution capabilities, the complexity of its logistics and operations, nor its role as a strategic partner rather than just a distributor. The challenge was to design a website that made Gifan’s size, expertise, and operational strength immediately understandable, while structuring complex services: channels, points of sale, logistics, and custom packaging, into a clear, easy-to-scan narrative. The experience needed to feel dynamic and modern, reinforcing trust, scale, and professionalism, while supporting business development by positioning Gifan as a high-capacity, reliable partner for international brands.
A Capabilities-First UX Approach
I designed around how potential partners evaluate distribution partners: ✦ Conducted stakeholder interviews to understand business goals, operational depth, and partner expectations ✦ Designed a clear information architecture that progresses from high-level value to operational detail ✦ Created wireframes and UI designs focused on readability, hierarchy, and scannability ✦ Designed dynamic interactions, transitions, and motion to visually communicate logistics, scale, and flow ✦ Integrated video and multimedia content to support complex explanations without overloading text ✦ Ensured visual consistency with Gifan’s brand while elevating its enterprise perception The result was a structured, dynamic experience that makes Gifan’s ecosystem easy to understand at a glance.
