Designing premium digital experiences that turn perception into conversion.

I partnered with Tequila Mil Imperios, a premium Mexican tequila brand, to improve the performance of its e-commerce experience and strengthen its luxury positioning across digital touchpoints. My work focused on two main areas: optimizing the UX of the e-commerce experience and leading the art direction for social media content, aligning brand perception with conversion.

How to transform a premium brand’s digital experience from friction to confidence.

✦ I conducted a full usability audit, identifying the product page as the primary conversion blocker (45% usability score) ✦ Optimized the mobile experience for a traffic mix dominated by social channels (93% mobile sessions) ✦ Designed a clearer, trust-driven purchase flow for a high-ticket product ($45K MXN AOV) ✦ Defined art direction for social content to align brand perception with conversion goals

Results that validated both the product and the strategy.

✦ $991K MXN in online sales ✦ $45K MXN average order value ✦ 42.8% returning customers ✦ Expansion into El Palacio de Hierro, City Market & Chedraui Selecto ✦ Entry into the U.S. market via passionspirits.com Key takeaway: Premium conversion is driven by clarity and trust, not price.
